Giorgio responded very quickly to my request for help on a Sunday afternoon to assess my bathroom shower faucet problem, gave me a reasonable quote based on a few pictures and showed up next morning after picking up the parts he needed. He was very resourceful in addressing my very sticky problem without getting me to spend more money unnecessarily, which could have easily resulted in a more expensive/complex resolution. Giorgio knows his trades well and goes the extra mile to explain and work with you on what needs to be done, why and offers recommendations that saves time and money.

He also put in extra effort, staying late to troubleshoot, identified my root cause and fixed it, which originally got me into my predicament, all covered under his original quote (great value received).

Giorgio and his helper were polite, professional, thorough, and clean during the work we had done. Giorgio took his time to explain the details of the job, ensured my questions were all answered, and took great care to ensure our newly renovated basement was not damaged during the clean out of the main line. It was also nice that he used a camera on the main line with me there so that I could see that the process was successful.
