We have had furnace maintenance from United Trades for years and always been happy in the past. But our heat pump install was not done by our regular technician and we were less than impressed. The installers left drywall dust and insulation all over our basement and our belongings, and left an old paver in our yard. When brought to their attention it was not addressed. We had also asked for a quote for a barbecue gas line. We're still waiting.

Ryan was fantastic to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and reliable. He went above and beyond, spraying for mold in a recently repaired area, properly sealing the attic hatch, and left the place spotless. HIGHLY recommend!

Our install was scheduled for two days but got rained out the first day, so they rallied to complete everything the second day. Steve helped me choose a unit - I trusted his opinion and was very satisfied that he recommended the right unit for me, not the most expensive one. The installers came on time and made sure that I was satisfied with the placement and the work. All in all working with Compass was hassle free!
