Our 13 year old dryer was making a lot of noise and started producing a slight burning smell. Yevhen got back to me immediately after I sent my service request and we set up a diagnostic appointment. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken roller. He had the part on his truck and was able to do the repair on the spot. We are so pleased to have our dryer again and even more pleased with the level of service Yevhen provided. It was a very positive experience.

Steve returned my call within half an hour of my initial enquiry- this prompt response was truly appreciated. He arrived on schedule and reviewed several repairs we needed to have done, then got right to work. Asia Marble and Granite produced the granite countertops for our recently completed kitchen renovation. The care and attention to detail shown by the people we worked with at Asia resulted in a beautiful finished product that blends perfectly with the other elements of our new kitchen. Artcraft Kitchens designed the layout, produced and installed the cabinets for our recently completed kitchen renovation and we could not be happier with the way our project turned out. The designer, Jason, worked with us and our outstanding contractor to turn an awkward and outdated space into one that flows beautifully. The plans addressed all of the items on our "wish list" and the newly completed kitchen blends seamlessly into our home providing a wonderful place for cooking, working and entertaining. We also are absolutely delighted with the quality of our new cabinets. We purchased the nine appliances we required for our recent kitchen and laundry room renovations from Total Appliance (cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, warming drawer, washer and dryer). With Tony's help, we were able to select the best appliances to fit the style and scale of our new spaces and still remained within the budget we had decided upon. The size of the project meant that there were bound to be a couple of small glitches, and these were handled promptly with professionalism, courtesy and integrity. Our appliances were delivered on time by polite delivery personnel who expertly handled these large and expensive items. We are completely satisfied (elated might be a better word!) with our appliances and with the purchasing experience we had with Total Appliance - we would recommend them without hesitation.

Having a vision for a renovation is great, but finding the right people to help make it happen is the key to a successful result. Jeff Roberts brought experience, expertise, honesty, ideas, excellent communication, great people and a genuine sense of understanding to our kitchen and laundry room renovations.
