The company has made a positive gesture to address my concerns and my review is no under consideration. At this time i do not have more to add to the review.

HORROR STORY FROM START TO WELL IF THEY WOULD EVER FINISH. The horrors of this company from our so-called designer to the installer I strongly caution anyone DO NOT USE ARTCRAFT. Other problems: Doors don’t close properly, chunks taken out when the handles were installed, the granite has very noticeable seams. PLEASE look elsewhere because you are not getting what you think.

Artcraft Kitchens designed the layout, produced and installed the cabinets for our recently completed kitchen renovation and we could not be happier with the way our project turned out. The designer, Jason, worked with us and our outstanding contractor to turn an awkward and outdated space into one that flows beautifully. The plans addressed all of the items on our "wish list" and the newly completed kitchen blends seamlessly into our home providing a wonderful place for cooking, working and entertaining. We also are absolutely delighted with the quality of our new cabinets. From the beautifully finished wood, to the self closing doors and drawers, to the excellence of the pantry and lazy susan fittings inside the cabinets, everything works together to provide both unmistakable quality of appearance and ease of use. The kitchen was delivered on schedule and was expertly installed by Dennis, a talented craftsman whose attention to detail made the kitchen come together on site as it had been planned and envisioned by all involved. We know we made the right investment with these cabinets and would recommend Artcraft without reservation.
