My air conditioner failed and I had to get a new a/c unit. When I phoned direct energy a sales agent showed up the next evening. He was very courteous and went through very thoroughly all the options with the air conditioning.units they have for sale. They installed it that weekend (to accommodate my busy work schedule). The technicians were excellent very professional and left no mess around. I purchased a more energy efficient a/c unit and did notice a lower than previous bills. Thanks very much and I am very happy with the service.

Danny and his team were very professional from start to finish. When I called for an appointment Danny came the very next evening. We talked and he gave me a quote and went through all the particulars to the different types of shingles and the materials used to the quality of the workmanship they provide. He presented very professionally all insurance policies, referrals and certifications they had. What impressed me was his professionalism and the care they provide with the quality of the work they do. I had several comments by neighbours on my roof and I can even see the difference in quality between my roof and the neighbours. They did a wonderful job and I am extremely happy. Ryan and his crew were very accommodating to my hectic work schedule and did a wonderful job sealing on the driveway, sidewalk and patio. The garage floor painting was very well done.
