I used Peter's for windows on a previous house and they were fine. This time, I needed both windows and doors. The pressurized closure on the aluminum doors has not worked since day one. I called and the installer came back and said - "You are correct they do not work and I will get replacements" He asked that I call Maria, the owner (along with her husband Peter) to schedule his time. I called and was told they could not schedule any time as they were too busy. I called and spoke with the installer again and he said he would speak with Maria and explain the need to come back. When I phoned back and spoke to Maria she was hostile and hung up on me. I have tried repeatedly to call and she continues to hang up and says 'Sue me'. So I am now forced to take them to small claims court if I want my doors working properly. I had also dropped off a window to be fixed. When I went to pick it up they said they didn't have it and do date I cannot get it back from them. I warn everyone NOT to use Peter's Aluminum

I cannot say enough good about Belyea Brothers: from the salesperson to the installers. I had called serveral other companies all of whom said I couldn't get airconditioning because my furnace room had no drain and I had only one cold air return. Belyea did my neighbours home so I had them come here. They were thorough, knowledgable, courteous, honest and simply fantastic in every way. Even though I was told I would probably have some plastic pipes on top of my drywall, once here, the installers took the time and figured out a way to install everything underneath the drywall so nothing was showing. They took their time, explained what they were doing, were neat, cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. I wish all contractors could be like Belyea. I fully recommend them.
