I'm going to make this relatively short because I am really upset (a) they used a subcontractor to install the A/C (they say on their site they do not.) (b) A/C not installed properly - used WRONG FITTINGS, used FREON fittings for NEW REFRIGERANT - took the subcontractor couldn't figure it out, so it too the subcontractor's subcontractor 3 days to figure out and fix it - NO A/C during that June Heat Wave. (c) did not seal hole at all from outside of house to inside - water damage (d) told by Convertible to go through home insurance (e) insurance adjuster and contractor comes, says hole is 1 cause, but there is another source. called a plumber in (f) Convertible Air punctured the PVC waste pipe - my finished basement has water damage to the ceiling, drywall, moulding and laminate floors (g) All Convertible Air said is that they would pay the deductible and did not want to discuss it AT ALL - not even an apology, it was as if I was bothering him (h) I am left with a water damaged basement, I will lose my Claims Free Discount and an increase to my insurance premium.

I called Easyflow about a water leak in my finished basement. Giorgio said he would be at my house the next day at 9 a.m. He was right on time. He was able to locate the source of my leak. Another contractor punctured the PVC waste pipe. I didn't have a camera handy, so Giorgia took pictures for me. He repaired the pipe quickly and efficently. The picture was emailed to me a few hours later and I was able to submit it to my insurance company. I'm always looking for the "right" contractor. I'm glad I found Easyflow. My sister has had some bad experiences with plumbers, I called her right away to tell her I had the perfect contractor for her.

I selected Cornell Roofing based on the reviews on this site. I had interviewed over 6 roofers and Cornell was everything you want a contractor to be. (a) anytime I called, I got a LIVE voice. (b)quotation was given in less than 24 hours - Cole came to the house, climbed on the roof - after showing his insurance papers and took calculations (some roofers look at your house from the outside, don't take a single measurement and come up with a magical number) (c) Cornell showed up ON TIME with materials (I notice some roofers leave the material on your driveway for 1-2 days, not Cornell)(d) was always PROFESSIONAL (e) secured the area - which included protecting my property (f) cleaned up the area meticulously (I have kids)- still haven't found any loose nails (g) after they finished the job, I had some questions - I still got a LIVE voice and exceptional customer service. <pre-roof> Cornell Roofing came and secured my roof to ensure no damage would occur to the house while I waited for my booking - the weather was not very co-operative this year - remember all the rain. They dropped of samples which I had a hard time committing too, Cornell wanted to make sure I made the right decision, they came that day with larger samples. Cornell's pricing, quality of workmanship and customer service is their competitive advantage. I strongly recommend them - and I'm very picky.
