For my first call to Invisible Screens they were proactive, friendly and professional. I could not be happier with the product and service. The screens I needed had to be custom which was not a problem for Invisible Screens. The turn around time to manufacture and install was commendable and the installers were quick and very tidy. There were many colours of metal to choose from which allowed for a perfect match for my painted house trim colour. A nice plus is that the aluminum product that this company uses is made in Canada which allows for greater manufacturing flexibility. We have had Mr. Rooter on different occasions and have been very pleased with the through and quick service Mr. Rooter provides. The service technician, Chris Cochrane, was thoughtful, tidy and efficient. We had 4 different issues from leaky taps, clogs, tap replacement and all of our situations were handed with minimal mess and fuss. Chris was able to provide reasonable solutions to problems that occurred when repairing our shower. His willingness to get the job done, quickly and on time was definitely going the extra mile in my mind. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr. Rooter for whatever plumbing problems you might have.
