Belyea claims to be the Experts in Heating and Air Conditioning for "older" houses in Toronto. I would completely agree with that claim. They installed a new boiler system and were very well priced compared to their competitors. Many of the trades were not exactly pleasant to deal with. Belyea was highly professional and just plain "nice" throughout the process. The work is tidy and precise. Cleanup was good and they respected my home. The system is working quietly as promised and to date I'm extremely pleased with belyea. The only complaint is that the salesman (David) needs to be more responsive, I kept having to call him to send the quote as he promised.

New roof installed by Tom and MegaCity. Tom was exceptional, a true gem as far as trades go, he was courteous, polite and honest and what ever he promised was delivered on time. The finished product looks great and I would recommend Tom to all my friends. His team was efficient and worked exceptionally hard to finish the roof in timeframe that they set.

4 doors were replaced. The sales team was exceptional, promises galore and rave reviews how great they are and how superior their doors and windows are. The installation was a disaster, the french door was meant to open outwards, and it was installed backwards. After much debate I decided to keep the door opening inwards as even their installer admitted that that door was always manufactured to open inwards and I could have problems with leakage if i turn it around. The front door was installed at an angle (this was corrected). The garange door is still missing screws in the hinges. The doors look really great, function well, however the installers were a disaster and for this reason I would not recommend the company.
