We got sewer back up on last Saturday and I called them, Oleg came to my house and provided a quote. They started the job on the next day. The issue was caused by grease and roots in our main sewer pipe. Since our property is 40+ yrs old so we decided to replace the entire main sewer pipe. They did a great job! Fast and professional. Although everybody was enjoy thanks giving holiday, they finished the job in 3 days. I also want to mention they upgrade the pipe from PVC to HDPE which is better quality and without additional charge, just because after see our old pipe and consider the situation, they feel it would be better to use HDPE in my case. Also, because we have a large front yard, they put a second clean-out instead if one, without additional charge. The photo attached shows this clean-out. The right side black pipe is HDEP (about 40ft) connect to our home and left is a short part (PVC) connect to the city. Will highly recommend Rooterworks.
