Wayne was very quick to respond to emails and arrived on time. He uninstalled, re-keyed in his mobile truck, and reinstalled very quickly. When he re-installed the locks he was careful to ensure they worked well and turned easily. Receipt was emailed onsite from his iPad.

Our carpets had not been cleaned since we bought the house and probably never before then so it had 5-6 years of dirt in it. The team spent 3hrs cleaning everything with great attention to detail. They got 99% of the spots out and the carpet is a few shades lighter now :) Stephen even explained what he was doing and how the technology worked while he was cleaning. Excellent quality and customer service.

We contacted CertaPro to get an estimate for painting both the exterior and interior of our home. David was great to deal with and gave us a very detailed estimate for both jobs. He even priced out different options for us (everything at once vs certain sections at a time). We had the exterior power washed and painted this spring and they did a great job. The painters could have been a little more careful cleaning up and should have used ladders a little more instead of climbing over the balcony but other than that I was happy with their work.

I emailed Sean the owner of Junk-Lads to come and pick up a bunch of junk and furniture that was cluttering up my garage after "spring cleaning". He came the next day right when he said he would be there. He and his associate loaded everything into the truck very quickly and were both very pleasant. They even moved a piece of furniture from inside the house for me. I would be happy to call them again.
