Ozan came within 45 minutes and solved my plugged drain that had a piece of cured thinset stuck in there from the tile setter. Was very happy with his work, this could have been a big problem if he was not able to correct it. Thank you Ozan.

THE SHORT STORY....I would think twice before dealing with Aire One on Upper James in Hamilton. The installation went fine, but afterwards when the house was not cooling and the ac would run for 24 hours/day, the owner Mike was not interested in helping and correcting the issue. Once talking to him about the issues, being very polite to see how we could fix this problem, he began raising his voice, getting very angry, and was very very unprofessional. Make sure you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING with this company. THE LONG STORY.... Purchased a 50 year old home in July 2010, had a complete renovation done, new wiring, new plumbing, new windows and doors, new drywall and insulation, new roof insulation, complete new duct work from engineer drawings, basically a brand new home. The house was still under reno and we did not live there until July, 2012( the house sat empty for 2 years while we reno'd it). We rushed in 2010 to get all the new windows, insulation and furnace and AC because of the government rebates that were set to expire that year. Jim the sales agent came and priced us for a new ac and furnace, we told him the renovations we would be doing, the addition we were putting on, and he tolds us what ac unit we would need. July 2012 we finally move into our house, right before the summer heat wave, and the Ac can not cool the house, it runs almost 24/7 for 2 months of the summer not being able to get the temp under 26 degrees in our newly renovated bungalow. Mike from Aire One looks at it and tops it up a little, and says it is fine. We let it go, we then have a heat/loss calculation done by an engineer and find out that the AC unit was undersized by 1/2 tonne. I called Mike the owner to correct this problem, saying I would agree to pay the difference in price for the larger size AC unit, only to have him tell me that it was MY FAULT and I would have to spend another $3000 to have the correct size AC installed. I told him I am the homeowner, Jim the sales agent and his team are supposed to be the professionals, but yet it was my fault. After arguing for 20 minutes he lowered the price to $2500, which was unreasonable. I told him I just spent $8000 for something that does not even does what it supposed to, which is cool the house, and now he wants me to spend another $2500 for Aire Ones incompetence. Bottom line is HE WILL ARGUE WITH YOU, AVOID TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY, AND MAKE ANY EXCUSE TO SHOW IT WAS YOUR FAULT( examples include, saying the insulation was old, the windows were old, the ductwork was outdated, BUT THESE WERE ALL NEW) BUYER BEWARE
