Called Creative Doors and spoke to Kathy, regarding our garage door opener was not working. Upon explaining the problem, Kathy tried to problem solve with me over the phone. Unfortunately nothing worked, she looked into her records and confirmed our unit was still under warranty. Kathy arranged for there tea Josh to come look at the unit and within two days he was able to fit us in and come and access and repair replace the unit. Our cost for this was just the labour, which was very responsible for such prompt efficient work. Kathy even followed up a few weeks after repair to see how the garage door was working. What awesome service all around, would recommend Creative Doors! Thanks Kathy & Josh.

This is our second time using Centra. Once again we are totally satisfied with the quality of Centra products and the professional service we received from our Sales rep Chad to the install crew. Can't say enough about the great service supplied by Centra, Windows. From their sales estimator Ric to the installation crew Chris, Reily & Adam. great job guys!! Work was top notch & completed on time. Would highly recommend Centra windows.
