We needed our toilet repaired. We reached out to HomeStars and Mike from Citron Plumbing called back right away and he sent Angelo to the house that afternoon. Angelo was able to repair the problem in about 15 minutes. He work was clean and he was respectful and friendly. We have more work we are interested in doing and Mike was able to provide a quote the next day. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Mike and Angelo.

We've had Solutions Electrical in at least four times previously to do various jobs in our home in Aurora and once again, thanks to Tony and Joe. Joe arrived on time and ready to go. The work was completed on time and Joe was very informative and polite and the cleanup after the job was outstanding. We met Troy at the Barrie Home Show and talked with him about 20 minutes regarding some ventilation issues we had with our home in Aurora. We made an appointment that day for a consulation. Troy was on time and spent close to 4 hours with my wife and I discussing the issues we were facing regarding our attic air flow and presenting solutions for them. He did a complete attic inspection including thermal imaging and a video presentation of what he found during his inspection. Troy was extremely courteous, informative and knowledgeable and made us feel that he really valued our business. We are completely satisfied with his presentation and the solutions he has offered to us and we look forward to our install in a few weeks. We are confident we have made the right choice to go with AM Roofing for our insulation solution. We will be writing another review after the job is done. Thank you Troy for an outstanding job.

Such fantastic service and the workmanship is excellent. Ramiro and Ronald are such hard workers and very friendly. They explained every step they were doing and they didn't take any shortcuts - they worked until late to ensure the job was done perfectly. They completely removed all of the old grout in our 18-y/o shower and went to great lengths to ensure that there was minimal dust. All of the dust was vacuumed directly outside and they laid tarps from the front door to the shower. They left absolutely no mess!!!! They applied a high quality non-stain grout and then meticulously cleaned every square inch of floor. They took their time and did the job right. You should see how amazing our shower looks now and we are so happy that we're having them back to do our tile floor that runs from the front door through to the kitchen. Call Ramiro and Ronald - you will be so happy with the work they do.

After visiting my sister in Oakville and noticing that her whole house was done with new shutters, we asked her for a reference. We live in Aurora and have started to replace our windows a couple at a time. We called Ivano and set up an appointment for an estimate. He was on time, very polite, and a great person to deal with. We advised him upfront that we weren't going to do the whole house, but rather one or two windows at a time, as we have 16 windows to replace in our home. His response was, "No problem, I'll do one at a time if need be." We are now on our fifth window and Ivano has showed up on time for all installations, has been very clean and just a great individual to deal with. We were very pleased with the work that Solutions Electrical did in installing our new smoke detectors and new basement lighting including fixtures, switches and plugs. Our overall experience was great and it began with the call I made to the office where the receptionist was very helpful. Tony called back quickly and as we discussed the scope of work he was very accommodating. Joe arrived as scheduled, explained all the work being done including assuring us that it was all legal and being done to code. He worked straight through the job with no breaks and couldn't have been more pleasant. Thanks goes to Frank who my son and I met at the CNE - my son still talks of him and the time he took speaking with us.
