I needed to repaint a bathroom, a ceiling and do some touch-ups and minor repairs as I was planning on putting my condo up for sale. Encore squeezed me into their schedule and did a fabulous job all in one day. The painter worked non-stop, ensuring the whole job was completed and he did a great job. Very pleased with the outcome and I would certainly use them again. The price was very reasonable.

Michael was quick to diagnose my problem and solve my leaking toilet bowls. He was happy to make extra suggestions about a couple of my other appliances and gave me good advice which will save money in the future. Michael seeks to please and ensure a job well done.

Our stucco home had four large areas needing stucco repairs and we contacted Cosmopolitan Construction based on all the positive reviews on HomeStars. We were in a hurry as we are planning on putting the house up for sale within the next few weeks. The owner, Aiad, understood our need for fast service and was able to quote and do the work within the week. We were concerned that the colour or texture of the patched areas would not match our original stucco, but they did an amazing job. You'd never know we had work done on our 16 year old house. It matched perfectly and looks terrific. Thanks so much Aiad and your crew for a great job. I'd highly recommend this company for any work you need done.
