I am a thorough researcher, and I interviewed 5 other companies before choosing Urban Cabinetry. I did not choose them because they were the cheapest - they were just a bit more than the cheapest, but less that the other companies. It was their workmanship and top quality hardware that I appreciated (and great price of course). They were very open to incorporating my design ideas, even though they had never done them before. The final product is amazing - Ultra modern Murphy bed with 2 large cabinets. And, when there was a small problem afterwards, they were quickly willing to replace it at no extra charge. Great company, amazing product!!

I am forever indebted to Malik at New Canadian Plumbing (truly). I have been agonized for the past four months with a sewer fly problem. I had just finished totally gutting and renovating a basement apartment into a luxury unit. As soon as the tenants moved in, they were infested with sewer flies. Four different plumbers came to assess the problem, three came back twice. Two handymen were hired to make sure all the openings were sealed - an exterminating company came in twice. It made absolutely no difference. The problem was getting worse. My tenants wanted compensation, and were talking about leaving. It was awful. Then I called New Canadian (through an internet search), and Malik on the phone said he would solve my problem. He was so confident - I was hopeful. He came in, and asked questions that the other 4 plumbers had never asked. He looked in places that the others had not even considered. Malik found the problem in 10 minutes. Four months of agony solved. And all this, for a small service call fee. Thank you Malik!! I truly will be forever indebted to you.

ordering through Royal Doors was a joy - great service, excellent workmanship - they are pros at what they do. I ordered interior doors for my Triplex (large project), and they were delivered when promised, exactly as I ordered them. I then ordered exterior front entrance doors, which James helped design. The doors are spectacular, and everyone comments on them. They are unique, high quality wood, and visually stunning (see picture). The price was extremely reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. It was a joy to work with James and Rosemary, and they were generous after my purchase as well (when I needed extra wood to match the front doors, or, when the glass in one of my interior doors was scratched). I have no hesitation recommending Royal Doors - superior service and products, prompt delivery, great prices, great after sales service. Thanks James and Rosemary!!

I have been a customer of Alleen's for over 30 years now - they have expertly outfitted at least 20 different homes that I have bought. They just completed the window coverings for my new home, and they turned a "normal" space into a piece of art. Harry helped me choose products which brought life to all the rooms, and dressed them in a way that enhanced the colours. And the price was reasonable - much better than the competition who were offering lower quality products (thinking I didn't know the difference - but I research everything to death), and not great design service. Great attention to detail - the staff at Alleen's are pros. They returned my calls right away to book appointments, ask about installation, and follow up with my questions. If you want top design, and a very competitive price (and great service), then truly there is nowhere else to shop. They have two incredible showrooms in Toronto, and I was then able to shop at home after I choose the products. I am thrilled with my window coverings - I received the products quickly, and the installation was quick and neat. The installers cleaned up after themselves and left absolutely no mess. Harry, Melanie, Sonya and the staff at Alleen's get a 10 out of 10 from me.

It was an absolute joy to work with this company. They are truly professionals. After having been through a difficult renovation, ordering the shower door was effortless. They came to measure right away, they custom made my beautiful shower door within days, and then were patient for installation when all the other trades were late. Their installation was perfect, with the installers bringing pads and cleaning supplies. They truly were THE ONLY trades that cleaned up after themselves in this reno. The door is spectacular, and everybody comments on it. The quality is evident - tall doors, seamless roller system, heavy gauge glass. Frank and his crew get a 10 out of 10 from me. I am a repeat customer, and have no hesitation recommending them.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. We detected a problem on a holiday weekend, and when we called them, they called back right away (no other company did that). They came quickly, and they removed all the asbestos from our property, quickly and efficiently. They were professional, and thorough (and reasonably priced). They also dealt with concerned neighbours, in a way that was calming and factual, averting any difficulties. Robert called afterwards to make sure everything was fine.
