John and his team were incredible! Their professionalism and work ethic was outstanding. These guys really know what they're doing, and the quality of their work is evident. I've had many compliments from neighbours, not just on how it looks, but they were able to see first hand the effort they put in and the quality of the work being done. I'm sure they will get other customers from my street in the future. I've also recommended them to friends and family, who were all impressed by the work that was done, and the end result. If you are looking for a fair price, and QUALITY, then stop here. I have another project in mind for some time next year, and there is no question who I will be calling to do the work. I called to have two outdoor hose faucets replaced as they were leaking. The original plumber couldn't make it for our appointment, so I asked them to send whomever was available. They sent Iman Rahimi, who I found to be so pleasant and knowledgeable. The job itself was not big or complicated, but he seemed to enjoy his work which put me at ease. As a homeowner, you always worry about whether the work will be done well, but after I saw the care he took to ensure the job was done right, I knew I fount the right person and the right company to do the job. I will definitely keep this number handy and will certainly recommend them.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Be wary of companies who charge a fee for an estimate. I've received quotes from $60-$100 just for a quote - without them even doing anything. In this economy, who can afford to lose that much money on an estimate if you decide not to go with that company? By paying this fee, they've got you where they want you. I didn't have this issue at all with New Canadian Drain. It's nice to see a company that does business the RIGHT way.
