Alex came referred from another reputable company. He promptly telephoned me back, arranged to attend the next morning, and was extremely punctual. I appreciated that during our initial phone call he identified his precise arrival time, rather than a few hour period as some companies do, and he also answered my initial questions and explained the billing structure. This gave me confidence about what to expect, particularly since I had never used him before and I wanted to avoid any unnecessary expenses. I would definitely use him again and hope that this review will help others who are looking for a new plumber. He was efficient, fair and honest about the required repairs, and was also candid about what did not need to be repaired. He took the time to explain the source of the plumbing issues, and what could be excluded, before beginning the work. He also made a point of sharing his service and equipment knowledge, which again contributed to my understanding of the work that was being done and will also help me going forward with handling equipment replacement. Alex also noticed a deficiency with some plumbing work in another part of my home and, after telling me, fixed it without charge, which further impressed upon me the care that he takes with his work and customers.

I would hire Integrated CleanAir Services/Stephen again and will refer others to him. He was the most knowledgeable individual that I spoke with amongst the various companies, and Integrated Clean Services' quote was competitive. Stephen was punctual, professional and helpful. I appreciated the time he took to explain the service and to answer all of my questions. He is clearly passionate about his company and cares about providing excellent customer service.

I had previously used another company a few years ago based in part on reviews from Homestars and were disappointed with the substandard work ethic and professionalism. Therefore, I was somewhat reluctant to place much reliance on reviews for Europa and other moving companies this time around. However, after initially speaking with Andrey, who I found to be very candid, helpful and responsive to my concerns, and reviewing the contractual documentation in advance (which included a competitive quote), I decided to hire Europa. The three staff were punctual, professional, polite and hard-working throughout the six hours notwithstanding the inclement rain. I experienced no notable damage to my personal property or either of the premises that we moved from and to. In addition, the movers communicated and worked well with one another, regularly sought my input about where I would like items stored and answered all of my questions, and they did not deviate from the price that we had agreed on. I was impressed that Andrey personally attended and was part of the moving team (given that he is the representative I had always dealt with from the outset), and that all three staff worked together to complete the move, rather than (as was our past experience) having two of the three staff work and the third person 'supervise'. I would hire Europa again, which is why I volunteered to write a review of their services.

This company and Tom were recommended to us by our real estate agent. As indicated, he was very thorough, professional and patient, in particular as we are first time home buyers. He took the time to ensure that we understood all aspects of the inspection prior to and during the service, and the report was very detailed and helpful. In contrast with other companies, and based on the more in depth service he provided, the cost was very reasonable. We would recommend to others.
