This is our third installation by Jerry and Mark at Clera Windows and doors out of Brockville. As expected they were absolutely terrific. At our house to work by 7:30 a.m. and finished by 11:00 (although they had said it would take until noon)! Professional, polite, good humoured and worked in 33 degree heat that morning. Windows and door is gorgeous, best quality and price in eastern Ontario. (We checked out several companies). And as usual, John Haskett was the best customer service person/manager I have ever met. This team is precise, they measure twice and cut once, and the products beautiful. Next year, new patio doors from Clera. We would not go anywhere else now.

We needed our furnace replaced and a new air conditioner. The quote was quickly given, the installation date was set up and they were there! On time, on the day they had arranged. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable and humourous. They answered a lot of dumb questions from me, put in vents that weren't there before with a smile and I swear the house was cleaner when they left than when they got there. Having known Roger from hockey, we knew he was honourable, honest and would stand behind his business credo. We would recommend (and have recommended) Carleton Refrigeration to anyone without a second's hesitation.
