I dealt Roman to replace windows on the back of our house (all facing west). He provided a very thorough approach to our situation where we wanted to block the sun/heat in the summer, but capitalize it for the winter. We ended up choosing window city low e272 and triple glaze. Roman was very honest, helpful and accommodating. The order was processed quickly, and the install occurred faster than quoted. 2.5 days were booked for the install (3 floors) but Boris and helper got it all done in one very long day. I can't believe how clean they were too. every little bit of scrap was picked up off the lawn. incredibly clean, efficient and affordable. We will be hiring them again to replace the remaining windows when needed.

We ordered home office furniture (bow desk, hutch, credenza, storage). The salesman came to our house, measured and recommended products. The sales/ordering was great; however, the installation was poor. Damage was done to our house with only partial refund for repairs. Credit card was charged full amount without authorization! Wrong parts were shipped, refund was offered, but not exchange or replacement, leaving us with an unfinished order.

Andrew from city boxes is a lifesaver! we rented 40 boxes, a dolly and some wardrobe containers. Such an easy way to move (not having to tape up boxes, then break them down and recycle - much better, easier and faster to rent/reuse then to recycle). Each and every box was clean with no stains or odours of any kind. Excellent customer service, good product and good price. We will use City Boxes again and highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. the main 1800 number is staffed by friendly knowledge people. the local crew (patrick and ryan) called in the morning, to give an ETA, then called to give us the 15 minute ETA. They arrived, quickly assessed the work and provided a quote. What I liked about this company is that they gave me a maximum amount. I knew I had approx. 15 sq yards of junk. The maximum they charge is $546 for a full load. When I reserved, I asked for an empty truck. They arrived with a small load, then proceeded to break down the first load to allow for my large load. they worked very quickly, were friendly and funny too. They were in and out in about an hour. I had considered renting a bin (at half the cost), but it would have taken me all day running up and down. I also had some very large heavy items. Utilizing 1800 got junk saved me a full day of hard physical labour, and allowed me to tidy up the basement immediately upon their departure.
