Bought voucher from internet company (Teambuy.ca). Have called 30-plus times over past few months, # is always unavailable. Emailed too - no reply. Now trying to get my money back. Ridiculous.
I had to move to Victoria for a year, and rented my home in Surrey. There was a sewage backup, which basically destroyed my basement suite. My tenants did not speak English so they could not take care of the details. The folks at On Side took care of everything. The lady I spoke to (she was in Surrey, while I was in Victoria) assured me they would take care of everything, and they did. They went through my insurance, and I only had to come up once to choose the new carpeting, the bathroom counters, paint, etc. They made what could have been a very stressful situation a relatively painless experience.

I've used this company several times over the years, and in different cities. I know what to expect - prompt service, extra effort to get out the tough stains, and a thorough job throughout. While I sometimes go with others (just to compare), I know that Nationwide will do the job right, at a very reasonable price.
They took a little longer to arrive than promised. Having said that, they were friendly and apologetic for running late. Plus, they got the work done, and were very reasonable priced for work they did.
Needed an affordable oven and stove. They had good selection, found a used one in good condition. They delivered it same day and even took away my other one. A headache free experience.
I probably had 5-6 different companies take a look at my furnace, but after temporary fixes it would stop working again. Those temporary fixes ended up costing one or two thousand dollars! Then the folks from BC Wide were called and they fixed it! That was five years ago, and it has worked great since then. Because of this, I only use them to do the annual furnace cleaning and maintenance.
Arrived promptly, explained clearly what was wrong (using lay language), and took care of the problem, and haven't had a problem since. He even gave advice on things I could do myself (replacing piping underneath the sink) that would be much cheaper than having him do it. I appreciated that (knew he wasn't trying to gouge me).
