They turned up on time (1 driver plus 2 movers, they all worked together to load the truck) and were very quick to start loading up the truck once I had explained what not to take. They disassembled the furniture very carefully and wrapped it appropriately for the journey. There was a very large side cabinet, two very heavy solid desks, 3 three seater sofas, 1 king, 1 double and 2 single beds to dissemble plus mattresses. 2 dining tables, 15 chairs, 1 large patio table, 1 piano (got dropped off to a different location to the final destination, public storage) many lamps (one heavy marble floor lamp), chest freezer, 10 boxes, mirrors and 2 rugs. All within a 3 storey home plus basement. I shall be using the same company, love that they are Canadian and local. I shall request the same driver and movers. It was a pleasure. Thanks two (plus 1) men and truck!!!

The workers came prepared and were flexible when changes had to happen. The work was well done, they were respectful, friendly, painted clean lines, did not leave a mess and worked very long hours when needed.

Forced air Heater was not heating the air being pumped through the system. We had a superb Technician that was very knowledgeable, early, honest, friendly and fast. John replaced the circuit with a new one. Ask for John Saliba he is in the Mississauga area!

BP Reno is 1st class. Very respectful of our house, timely and friendly. The house had not been decorated since 1940. 10 different shiny textured wallpapers had to come down leaving uneven and multicolored walls. Now the walls are like new, they are unrecognizable. They also applied wainscoting in the dining room and hall it looks super, we have had so many compliments. We will be using BPReno for our future projects.
