The Naiad team were recommended to us and to summarise - we were glad we used them. The project was to install a full residential garden irrigation system with sprinkers for 3 lawn areas and many beds to irrgate. This project was made more complicated as it was already a well established garden for a house that was built 10 years ago. The Naiad team were extremely good and completed the work in record time. There were two small areas that we wanted some modifications done to but they did them without a problem. They talked us through the settings & operation of the system and explained what we needed to do to keep our system in top condition. Unfortunately because we were late getting around to this project (Sept. installation) we have not yet had much chance to see it in full action so we are looking forward to next Summer/Fall. I came downstairs this morning to find that my water tank was leaking all over the place, I called Jason first thing and he came round this afternoon and replaced both of my water tanks (the 2nd one was so old I thought I'd 'kill two birds with one stone') so I was only without hot water for a few hours. The guys turned up when they said they would and were both very helpful & courteous and I am very grateful for them going the extra distance to help me. I'm so glad I've found 'A Better Way Plumbing Ltd' as I now know exactly who to call in the future for any of our plumbing needs (in fact I have already asked them to come back soon to sort out a couple of other non-urgent issues).
