A previous contractor did not clean or secure the dryer vent hose properly to the vent outlet. While doing laundry the vent hose detached and fell behind the dryer (in a confined space with a washer/dryer stacked unit).

The Dryer Vent Experts showed up for the appointment on time, inspected the hose for damage, cleaned the vent outlet surface, installed a screw to keep the hose in place, and used the correct type of tape (duct doesn't work) to seal the connection. All within 15 minutes of arriving. They tested the dryer, tidied up the work space and handled payment on site. They also inspected the vent itself in case it needed to be cleaned.

I am so impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge these technicians have. Hire them.

I recently retained this company to clean my dryer vent and venting system. I live in a condo and was very concerned about a fire due to the clogged venting system. Our dryer vent needed to be replaced to be up to present specs and to meet the air out-put capacity of the new dryer. Bryce came within two days, assessed the problem, came up with an alternate and much smarter solution of how and where to run the new hose. The dryer vents were cleaned and exterior vents replaced in a 5 unit condo building. Bryce met me to review the work and gave us a quote, which was extremely competitive and he was very willing to accommodate everyone's schedule. He arrived on time, was very efficient, left no mess and left everything in better shape than when he arrived. We were extremely surprized to see how much debris (dryer lint, bird droppings, nesting materials, etc.) had collected in the vents and in one case, the vent was severely blocked - even though we had vent covers that did close!! I can't recommend Dryer Vent Experts enough and strongly recommend that everyone should have their vents cleaned.

I live in a townhouse condo and am on the Condo Board as well. Some of the units in our complex have extremely long dryer vent lines and my unit is one of these. Since it had been a while since I had my dryer vent line cleaned, I called The Dryer Vent Experts to come out and clean my line. I was booked in the day after I called for an appointment.
Bryce came out and discussed with me and another board member what our options were for the complex as there are quite a few units with lines like mine that could end up being a fire hazard if not properly maintained.
Bryce then proceeded to clean my line and explain a lot of things to me about the process. He was very courteous and professional. Made sure to clean up any lint that fell from the line during the cleaning and even taped some of the duct that was coming apart back together for me.
I will definitely recommend this company to others and will for sure have them back in to clean my line again when it's time.

When my dryer duct became obviously clogged last fall, so badly could smell the lint throughout my house (*cough *sneeze), I found it difficult to find a company in Calgary that would clean and go so far as to actially SCRUB out (vs. just blowing out) a VERY LONG dryer duct with multiple bends, and the vent. After getting a no-call-back from the only other company I could find in town to provide such a service, I finally came across Dryer Vent Experts. I had an appointment booked with them soon after and received an amazing job done. Very fast service (and friendly!), and immediate relief so that my home air was clean and I could finally use my dryer again!
