Overall I was satisfied with the quality of the work. Joe was very responsive to my request / questions, provided a quote quickly and completed the work on time. There were, however, a few hiccups, namely: the original quote was revised several weeks after it was issued (by $750), the fence door was not as promised (square not round), and clean-up was not to my satisfaction. While the fence itself seems to be installed well, the holes that were created in the asphalt are unsightly and the lever to open the door from the driveway is made of string that I'll have to replace with something more durable. UPDATE: Joe returned to replace the string latch with a super durable solution. Very much appreciate!

Kostis was a great find! He was responsive, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and reliable. He replaced two toilets in our home. His work was high quality and he made sure we were satisfied with the installation (he came back to fix one of the knobs that was misaligned). We've had other problems with plumbing (i.e., noises in our pipes). Kostis was always willing to take our call / respond to emails and propose reasonable low cost solutions.

Danny was responsive from day 1 when I inquired about his services and answered all of my questions via email, text or phone call. He provided a quote, came to see my property and got his crew out to undertake the work in a timely, cost effective, professional and courteous manner.

Chris was effective in identifying the issue, offering a creative solution, providing a reasonable and transparent price (itemizing all components of the work plan) and communicating respectfully. I especially appreciated that he was always responsive to my inquiries, and his team arrived on time and left my house completely spotless.

I appreciated Dave's immediate response and his timely communication leading up to the appointment. Dave was able to complete all items on my list, including the difficult task of removing old metal rods from the facade of my home. His work was quick and of high quality.
