I contacted Don after having looked into reviews and recommendations at homestars. I thought Don is very professional and knowledgeable and I found the good reviews at homestars are true. He has provided me an excellent customer service. He was quick to respond to my enquiry as well as very flexible to my schedule. He was also on time to the home inspection and did a an excellent job inspecting the house. I also enjoyed his food for thought explanation and recommendations on how to maintain my new home. His service courtesy I believe is exemplary. He provided me a CD with digital walk through of the inspection and a written summary of recommendations. Next day a full detailed report was in my email with his offer to call him any time if I have any concern. Thank you Don for your excellent professional service.
