I am beyond pleased with the service provided by Davesduct. The service tech was very thorough and professional and provided before and after pictures of the service. I had the ducts originally cleaned by my home builder and a few years later by another company and was amazed at what was not done by either. I would recommend Davesduct to anyone requiring any type of HVAC service

Hired this company to clean my air ducts and I still noticed dust after the tech left. When I called them they said they would come back to redo my home. They haven't returned my calls or emails at http://pureairontario.ca/. Would not recommend them at all. No concept of customer service whatsoever. Please avoid at all costs. I thought I was getting a bargain but you get what you pay for. I was contacted by their customer service rep in early January and was informed that they were closed for the holidays. I was immediately mailed out a cheque for the services I had initially paid for. I'm very happy with the resolution. They took responsibility for their tech's actions and reimbursed me in full.

I just purchased a new home and Grand Alarms recently did all the prewiring (telephone,cable,cat6), security and central vac system. It was a pleasure to work with their sales rep Amy Lai. She was very helpful and knowledgable. Even now if I have any concerns or require information regarding equipment she's there to assist. I was very happy with the installation, it was done in a very timely and professional manner. My overall experience with Grand Alarms has been very positive. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
