Top Quality Air Duct Cleaning Inc.

Hired this company to clean my air ducts and I still noticed dust after the tech left. When I called them they said they would come back to redo my home. They haven't returned my calls or emails at http://pureairontario.ca/. Would not recommend them at all. No concept of customer service whatsoever. Please avoid at all costs. I thought I was getting a bargain but you get what you pay for.

I was contacted by their customer service rep in early January and was informed that they were closed for the holidays. I was immediately mailed out a cheque for the services I had initially paid for. I'm very happy with the resolution. They took responsibility for their tech's actions and reimbursed me in full.

Waste of money... They just blew air down the vents. I wish I had done my homework instead of just calling them from the advertisement/ coupon I received.
The 2 men that came to do it were courteous but the way the company cleans ducts is a waste of money.

Top Quality Duct Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning the ducts and vents in my 2 storey house. This was the first time I used them and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism their technicians demonstrated. They arrived as scheduled, were friendly, courteous and honest, answered my questions, worked quickly and respected my home. I am extremely pleased with both the service and the results of my duct cleaning and I will definately recommend them to others and use them myself!

I had Top Quality Duct Cleaning over yesterday to clean the ducts and vents in my house and I'm very impressed with the job they did. I had never used these guys before but they were recommended to me through a friend so I decided to give them a shot. The 2 techs showed up right on time, were really friendly and from what I saw, worked pretty hard. I had a look in my ducts after they were finished and the difference between how my ducts looked before and how they looked after was phenomenal. I'm very happy and feel they did a great job and I'll be recommending Top Quality Duct Cleaning to my friends!
