I contacted Top Tech, and they were able to fit me in for a same day installation. He gave me the expected quote via email, once we confirmed he gave us an appointment time. He showed up on time, completed the task, and actually removed an item from the initial quote because the part was not needed, which was a lot more honest than some other service companies i have used in the past. The work area was kept as clean and tidy. I would most definitely use their services again.

My wife and i recently moved into a 70 year old house, needless to say it needed a lot of help. We needed help in building two bathrooms. Home renovations were new to us, and we were afraid that we may end up with a terrible contractor, so we chose over a dozen contractors on Homestars and called them in for estimates. We reviewed our choices, compared our estimates and decided to go with Lowell, as he seemed to be one of the friendlier and knowledgeable contractors we met. Their estimate was not the lowest one we had, but we had the best feeling about them, and I am glad we went with them Gerald, was the main contractor on our project, he was amazing. Friendly, kind and courteous, plus he did an amazing job, which was verified by some of my other friends who are contractors themselves. Also every Friday before he left for the week he would clean up and vacuum the work area, he treated our home as he would his own. We also had Chad and Andrew from the crew help out on our washrooms; all of them were great, including the plumbers and electricians. It was truly a great experience with the whole crew. We have actually had Sam the plumber help us out with another one of our plumbing concerns since this job was completed. Both of our washrooms look amazing, and are the best parts of our new house. We have already recommended Lowell and his team to all of our friends, one of our friends is actually using Lyons homes for renovating their kitchen and washroom, and they are having the same excellent experience as we did. We have found our new long term contractor, now we just need to save some money so we can fix some other stuff in our house up :o) If you are looking for a contractor, I would most definitely recommend Lyons Home Renovation. *our total cost included Contractor costs + 3 windows + all of our finishing (tiles, rainshowers, etc.)

This is an excellent store for someone looking to purchase tiles, having said that, we did have a terrible initial experience with them. We ordered tiles that were recommended by the staff as perfect for a washroom floor. When our contractor was installing them, we noticed that although similar looking, they gave us two different brands of tiles, what made it worse was one of the brand of tiles was getting stained, and we could not remove the stains. When we went back to the store we did have a bit of an issue with the return. Personally, i chalk this up to some bad communication and information. Although we did have this experience, we still did purchase some excellent flooring tiles and stone and glass mosaics from this store. The pricing was incredible, we saved over $5 a sqft for identical tiles we purchased compared to another more well known store. This store has an incredible selection, however they are not grouted and displayed as nicely as some other stores, so if you have the patience to look through tile boards, or you already have the brand and style of the tiles you want, go here and i am sure it will be cheaper. This store is a definite recommend.

We completed the renovation of two bathrooms and we went to Tilemaster at the advice of our contractor. We live in the city, so the trip the retailer was a bit out of the way, however having said that, this store has extremely knowledgeable staff and excellent prices. Plus they carry some extremely nice looking tiles. We purchased marble tiles for the floors, basic subway tiles and a glass mosaic from Tilemaster. The only reason i cannot give them a perfect score is that they do have a lack of variety relative to some of their competition. However, i would most definitely recommend this store to friends when they are tile shopping.

My Wife and i moved into an old house and the HVAC system needed to be replaced, the old equipment was between 30 and 20 years old. We did research online in respect to brands, and the general summary was that the brand didn't matter as much as the installation and the contractors. With that in mind we had numerous installers come in and give us quotes. Of all of them, Cy, was the most informative and left us with the best impression. Spring home was the most expensive of all of our quotes, however he also did the best job of suggesting models for our needs and explain the pricing. We also liked the fact that he suggested what we needed, and turned us away from equipment that would be unecessarily expensive for our home, although we did splurge on the IComfort thermostat. Due to this we decided to go with Spring Home. The Installation went incredibly well, two of their installers showed up in the morning and stayed through the afternoon and into the evening removing our old equipment and putting in the new equipment, and they left our house clean. In addition, it turned out that we had some issues with code, and they were able to help us remove the walls. Also, they put in a new chimney flue when they realized the old one was too large when were going from Mid efficiency to High efficiency furnace. All in all, I really enjoyed my experience with Spring Home. I would have no hesitations in recomending them to any of my family or friends.

Zaid moving was excellent. I contacted several moving companies on Homestars, and we decided to go with Zaid, because he had clear defined prices, plus he was able to meet our concerns. During our initial discussion, we were concerned that the truck that was available for that day was too small for our needs, plus we had a limited budget and only a small window to book our condo elevator. However Zaid was able to guarantee our moving time and cost. We had two movers arrive, and as promised they were able to fit all of our things in one trip. Our estimated 4 hour move was completed in around 2 hours. They did an excellent job and i would highly recommend them.

We were concerned about the whole Home Inspection process as this was our first house, and we were unsure of who to go to. I found Brent on Homestars, it turned out our realtor also had used him before and had good things to say about him and his sevice. So we decided to go with him, and we were extremely happy with his service. He took the time explain all the work that needed to be done, and he was able to also point out some faulty electrical work that was done that enabled us to go back to negotiate a better deal on our house. I have already recommended Brent and Classic Home to our friends.
