I had put a service request in with Homestars that I needed my roof replaced. Innovation was one of the companies that responded promptly. After initially speaking - I had a quote within the same day, I approved the quote, job was done within 3 days! I was in a rush as it is a rental property and the tenants were notifying me of leaks coming into top floor. I indicated that I wanted a long term job, so Klyde added brand new plywood over entire roof as well (I did pay extra). I shopped around a bit- but was in a bit of a rush and some of the bigger names were telling me 3-4 - I couldn't wait that long with these downpours we have been having! I wouldn't say the price was lower r higher- it was in the range of what it should have been. Bottom line is - Klyde was prompt, professional, honest (sent me pictures along the way for progress), work was on time (or faster!), looked great and I am very happy with the service and quality of work. Highly recommend!

When I started the process of meeting with potential contractors - Ken Morgan was the 1st I had met. Seemed like a great guy and we hit it off. We was pretty frank off the get go as to what my vision was going to cost. So I proceeded to meet with many other contractors as well to do my due diligence (some big names as well). Some quotes were more- some less. I found the more ones overshot what I wanted and the less ones basically left stuff out. Ken knew what I wanted and didn't mince words. So after wasting a month meeting others- I inevitably called Ken back and said the job was his. I had a 40ft pool with waterfall, lots of stonework, outdoor kitchen and a Cabana built. The thing I really appreciated was- where possible- I made several changes along the way- including the direction of the pool from horizontal to my house to vertical! No issues of charges or thats gonna be extra nonsense. They were on time and weather permitting always on the job. Ken promised me I would be swimming by July 1st week and I believe it was like the 7th we were swimming! Anyways there is so much to write about from initial 3D design, to trees being added, to pool usage support, to Cabana drawings, building permits, pool permits, etc etc. All the guys were great to work with including the carpenter Kevin! Everyone also cleaned up daily so my neighbours didn't complain. To sum it up- if you are looking to install a pool/landscaping/cabana etc- don't waste your time shopping around- call Ken at Aqua Spa Pools.

I hired Garry and his team to install wainscoting on my entire main floor and a waffle ceiling in my family room. They were on time, clean, friendly, and took pride in their work. They were also open to modifications along the way. Most importantly the job was done right and professionally. I would highly recommend them for your next project.

Dealt with Lucas. Needed to rip out an ornate limestone fireplace and replace with a quartzite stone one. Lucas came to take a look said they can do it. Gave a very reasonable price! Masons came when they said they were going to. Even went to get extra materials they didn't expect were needed- ripped out the old one, built a frame, concrete boarded and had the entire project done in a day. 9 to 5. I was really impressed! In fact I was thinking- what else can I get this company to do. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a kitchen from Ikea for our office in Brampton and had Dinno install it. He really knows what he is doing. Our measurements were off slightly, he improvised and it came it perfect! Would highly recommend.
