Brian Knight is an experienced contractor who was honest and forthright in quoting and advising re how best to do a difficult reno job in an older home that required lots of rewiring/renavigating ofplumbing, etc. He was true to his word and great to work with.
Full drain augering of main plumbing line
We have used this company in the past to deal with minor plumbing issues and have always found the service to be prompt and reasonably priced. I always appreciate when a job has been completed without finding out that there are hidden costs or factors we haven't considered, especially with plumbing concerns. We also used their services for a major augering of the main plumbing line in an older home, with a video to show if there were any concerns.... I found the service on the pricey side, but thorough.
We have used Greg Martineau twice and felt the product was at the higher end of price/value but the service was excellent. Both installations had some issues that came up and the service afterwards was prompt and really took care of the problems thoroughly. There is definitely a desire on the part of this company to stand behind their work and that was appreciated.
