Sandjar came earlier than the appointment time (he called first) which I was thrilled about as I had been hoping they would come on the day I called as per their advertising. But alas, you can't have everthing. He diagnosed the problem and said they would have to order the part which took about a week to receive. Sandjar came back to install it and he was extremely thorough and professional. He made sure there were no leaks and ran a diagnostic to make sure all the cycles were working. Would highly recommend this company as they are honest and reasonable.

My water heater caused a flood and stopped working on Sunday morning. Called Enercare (my provider-rental) and they were rude and said they could not replace it until Thursday afternoon. Totally unacceptable! Called Reliance and said I could get it same day (Tuesday). Derek and Min came to install and made it happen even though there were some snags. Very professional and neat. Was definitely a positive experience and I would absolutely recommend Reliance.

This was my first foray into a real construction project and I researched it heavily. Miro was the only one to actually come out and look at the site and suggest the best way to move forward. He was very professional and provided numerous quotes and drawings for different materials and design. He started the project earlier then expected and his carpenters - Patrick and Adam were first-rate and did an amazing job in every facet. They worked in extreme heat and finished the job ahead of schedule. Kudos to the entire company for their professionalism and leaving the site perfectly cleaned up.

Valentin was very professional from the initial contact and throughout the job. He arrived on time and looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable price. He explained the problem and showed me how to prevent future issues. He is extremely well organized and neat. He also fixed a number of smaller problems around the house and did not charge for his time. I would HIGHLY recommend him and he stuck to his original quote. Very pleased.
