We are thrilled with the service we received from Polar Spas. We went into the store with a budget in mind and asked what we could get for that budget amount. They showed us both new and refurbished tubs and explained the differences. We purchased a tub that day and had it delivered within a week. 9 days after purchase we were happily enjoying our new tub!

We had a computer crash in our home and needed to see if the files saved could be recovered. We called geeks on the way first, they came out, charged an atrocious price and then informed us that nothing could be done. A friends recommended Memory Express so we took the computer there and dropped it off. Within 2 hours they called to tell us that not only was the data fine, the computer was totally fine also. They charged a very low rate, worked, fast and were honest.

We had Duct Blasters do the ducts/furnace/air conditioner/fireplace in our home and were not completely satisfied. There were vents in our home that we purposely put rags into to see if they'd be pulled out and cleaned, they weren't. We were upsold on cleaning our fireplace and when we tried to refuse the gentleman said "well its your house to burn down I guess". I wouldn't have this company back nor would I refer them.

We have been customers of Reliance Protectron since it took over from ProTelec and have been satisfied with their service. On one hand we had an attempted break in while away on holiday and our keyholder as well as the police went to our home and Reliance Protectron wanted to charge us with a false alarm charge. We refused and they eventually came to an understanding with us that it wasn't an actual false alarm. In positive news my husband recently got injured at work and I called in to have our monitoring suspended until we could afford it again and they agreed to waive the monthly fee for 3 months until we could get back on our feet. We will continue with them.

ProStar did a so so job of home cleaning; I had hoped for more. They promised a lot over the phone but didn't end up delivering. It didn't meet my expectation. I wouldn't recommend this company. They also flushed a rag down my toilet when dumping the dirty water (into my already clean toilet) and it then overflowed and ruined my hardwood flooring. At which point the cleaning girl said she had to run to her next job. I didn't even get an apology.

Ames has very professional staff; they are knowledgable, helpful and patient. I would recommend Ames to family and friends and use them again in the future. Very positive experience. It is so nice to deal with a company who employs professional staff - a lot of the leading home improvement companies I've talked to in Calgary are unprofessional and not knowlegable.

majestic tile installed tile in our kitchen, backsplash, fireplace and upper bathroom and we are very happy with the job they did. They were tile experts! They were timely and understanding with our kids and pets. We would recommend Majestic

Hatton's Hardwood refinished our old wood floors and added onto them and we are very happy with the job they did. They were on budget, on time, professional and the outcome is better than we expected. We will recommend Hatton's Hardwood to all of our friends doing renovations.
