Will from Award Plus Plumbing came to assess my water leak issue. First, we thought it was the toilet issue because it was quite old. We ended up changing out the toilet and fixing another toilet's internal parts. Both worked great, except it was still leaking. Will came back as he advised on his first visit that if the new toilet didn't fix the issue, it would be an issue with the piping. We ended up replacing the piping system around the upstairs toilet. Will spent an entire day on our job. He even had to go back and forth to get parts. Will also explained what he was doing step by step. He was so good throughout the fixing that I called him for two other jobs for my aunt's properties. I'm very happy with his work. Awards Plus Plumbing have been my go-to for the past few jobs and will continue to be so. I'm glad I found a go-to!

Todd came by my place for a cleaning of my house's ducts. He took took his time to go around the house for inspection before he started. He found my house's central vacuum and an HR unit. He advised that those could also be cleaned out. I only opted in for the additional Central Vacuum clean in addition to the duct cleaning work. I heard the dust and rocks going through his large orange pipe. I saw the dirt, pet fur, and dust piled up in my ducts. Todd cleared it all out over the course of several hours: from 10:50 arrival to 3:00 leave. At the end, Todd took time to walk me through the perculiarity of my Central Vacuum unit and how to take care it. Plus how to take care of an HR system. It was more costly to hire Todd and team but it was very well done as it left me with confidence that my house has clean ventilation!
