We had a bit of attic mold, which interfered with the sale of our home. The Mold Guy removed the mold quickly, completely, and cleanly. We are very happy with the work, and Kay brings true professionalism to her field. Her customer service skills are amazing.

Bob Kish provided us with a very thorough home inspection. He was great to work with, polite and punctual. He did not rush through the inspection and his comprehensive report, which arrived quickly, helped us a great deal.

We ordered a custom made Italian leather sofa. It is absolutely gorgeous and excellent quality. Adrian was very helpful and accommodating with the sale and delivery, and the time frame the sofa was produced in was very reasonable for custom furniture. On top of that, they hire Canadian workers. I would shop there again and recommend this store to others.

WARNING!!! Do NOT deal with Reliance Home Comfort for hot water heater rentals. It has been a nightmarish experience. We've been trying to get a copy of our rental contract since October 2012, only to be told it doesn't exist over 3 months later. They said the telephone conversation we had when the heater was ordered is the contract. Previously they said several times that they would send the contract in the mail. They will NOT provide copies of the phone conversation, even though they said they would. They have raised prices without warning, given false information to us repeatedly, will NOT pick up the water heater as they said they would, will NOT terminate the agreement as they said they would, and have given us the run around for months. They are the worst company we have ever dealt with. We're filing a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Services. Only after I filed formal complaints with The Ministry of Consumer Services, quoting the Consumer Protection Act 2002, and the Better Business Bureau did Reliance close my file. The contract NEVER arrived.

We are extremely pleased with our duct and carpet cleaning services. The technicians were professional, thorough, and polite. The work was performed efficiently, but was not rushed resulting in poor work. Shawn M. was the best carpet technician we have ever had. We will have them return next time we require these services.

We are very pleased with the work and service provided by Royal Classic Kitchens (new location in Vaughan). The installation was professional, polite, and on time. Kitchen designer/coordinator, Sam, was very helpful and creative, helping us stay within our budget. We are also happy with quality of the products.
