Engaged another repairman to fix the heater for my dryer. This guy melted by thermostat and didn't realize I needed a new control panel. Edgar solved everything.

My Miele dishwasher was not draining properly and therefore would not complete the wash cycle. There were other companies who would not service Miele due to its proprietary nature. 24/7 discovered a broken piece of glass in the drain system and the dishwasher works fine now. Service took 10 minutes but cost $120 which was a bit expensive.
