Window replacement

We contacted 3 different companies, all rated well, for blinds for our newly purchased windows. New Image was one of the three and the one we went with. While Ivano had a good price it was not our reason for going with New Image. The product was good quality and Canadian made. His enthusiasm and insight as to our needs for the windows took him over the top. We basically had a design consultant in addition to someone selling us blinds. We were impressed with his insight, his work ethic and his promise to stand behind his product and work. There was a very short turn around time from when we put in our order to when we had the blinds and installation. Ivano was very easy to relate to and we have not looked back from our choice. We are extremely pleased and have had favourable comments from visitors to our home since the blinds were installed. Would clearly recommend New Image to anyone seeking blinds for their home.

All parties beginning with Marc and Justin to start our journey have been great! Layne has taken over as project manager from Justin.Max was the installer and proved to be very hardworking and focused. Jacob is a trouble shooter and has been most capable and accommodating. They all seem prepared to ensure that we are fully satisfied with our purchase! The windows have all been installed and while expensive appear to be of excellent quality. We are enjoying them. The entire job is not yet complete as await our doors, slowed down by covid related issues. We would strongly recommend this company for their workers and and for the quality of the product! Also we should note the office staff who have been pleasant and helpful!
