Capps Duct cleaning came across my path as a referral from another company whose schedule conflicted with our availability. I called Kathe, and was sold from the first moment! Kathe’s respectful and calming approach to our frantic call set the framework for a solid professional relationship. She introduced us to the summer specials, and helped us find the most cost-effective package. Paul and Joe arrived early for our appointment. They displayed a high level of professionalism and care, managing their footwear needs to ensure no outside material was tracked into our home. They reviewed the layout of our house, and outlined the method they would be using in getting our ducts cleaned. The team started out by explaining the importance of cleaning after major renovation or repair, and kept us involved in each step, encouraging us to ask questions as the process unfolded. We were fortunate to work with true professionals who were not interested in upselling or inflating prices. We were given a fair and accurate quote, and we are grateful that they were able to incorporate our last minute additional changes. Thanks to Paul and Joe, we were able to able to put measures into place to protect our external warm air vents, and they provided this advice at no extra charge!! SUMMARY: Professional, Honest, Fair, Punctual! We contacted Jerome at Erin Mills Roofing after a long and frustrating search to find a permanent solution to persistent wildlife issues in our soffit. We had received other quotes from other companies indicating repair/replacement of fascia. Jerome patiently explained the nature of the damage, and indicated there was NO reason to replace / repair fascia. Based on his honest assessment and billing, we paid $200 to complete work that other companies had provided inflated quotes at up to $830!! The very kind, understanding, patient and professional Jerome visited our home, assessed the issue and proposed a workable solution - all before we had a face-to-face-meeting!! After the wildlife made another entry accessed by an area outside of our property, we immediately contacted Jerome to help us with this new breach. Jerome again did a great job of securing this new area, and gave us a permanent and humane approach in sealing that area to prevent any further animal entry. We look forward to spending winter in our home without hearing the unwelcome pattering of little feet in our attic. We gladly recommend Jerome hands-down for a job well done. Ken is a true professional who really knows his business well!!. I told him on the phone what I heard on our roof, and the patterns of the wildlife activity. He said 'Red Squirrel' right off. We don’t tend to have red squirrels in this neighborhood, so I was skeptical. However, he was correct, and was gracious in taking corrective action, and sealing off access points. I have recommended him to others who had issues and they are also very pleased with his work. Ken is very thorough, very professional, and very honest and fair. He is very highly recommended!!
