We had water in our basement and were full of anxiety as to whom to call to fix this. It was a huge project as it was mostly all around our home. We came across R Renovations Services Inc., and we are so glad of it. Robert was very responsive and quick to accommodate us. His quote was reasonable. He also explained every step he would take to remediate the water issue. This was one of the most important part for us, we should all always pay attention to exactly what the job will consist in. Some companies will provide you with a low quote but that may not include certain steps and that can be detrimental to the final product. Roberts crew was very professional and went to work like a well-oiled machine. The job site was always safe and secure. The team also swept up and kept the work site area very clean. They helped us every step of the way in explaining, taking pictures and showing us the repairs to ensure no more water comes through our basement walls. They went above and beyond our expectations. We are very happy they came to do this job. We would highly recommend Robert (R Renovations Services Inc.) and his team to anyone in need of waterproofing.

Ian and his guys were great! My parents had wall to wall carpet in their living and dining room that was over 40yrs old! Definitely in need of replacement. Ian came over to have a look/give a quote. He was polite, friendly and honest from the get go. My mom was super pleased with his demeanour. Two workers came to remove the old carpet and laminate in the kitchen that was also in the scope of work. They were kind enough to salvage the laminate as it was only a couple years old and easy to repurpose/donate. Again, they were all friendly and polite. And most importantly, knew what they were doing. The project took four days to complete. The new flooring is beautiful!! I am a stickler for perfection and found the smallest deficiency with one of the baseboards and Ian was there immediately to fix it. Looks great now. My parents and I are very happy with the results and the work done by Ian and his guys. We have already discussed having them do more work for us at our Lake House next year. Definitely recommend Ian and his team.

HORRIBLE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DISSATISFIED!!! UNETHICAL!!! James and his brother Jay did such a bad job that I had to pay real carpenters to fix all the deficiencies. I have addressed my many concerns with James and he assured me that he would refund me $500 to cover his deficiencies. He promised this many times since April. Now he does not respond to my calls, texts or emails. Very unprofessional. He tried to excuse his faulty work on crooked walls. However, the issues I have are with the UNLEVELLED AND NOT IN SQUARE new work that he and his brother built. Not even related to the existing construction of the home. What kind of carpenter does not even own a square??? I had to show his brother with a carpenters square just how out of line their work was. Please save your money for real professionals. James has caused me financial and emotional hard ache. He never returned the small amount he promised. I have been advised to take him to court for the whole amount I paid plus punitive damages. BEWARE!!

Jin was easy to communicate with and came the next day to do the job. He was polite and friendly, punctual and new what he was doing. He cleaned up the debris and left our lawn in great shape. Now time to plant some grass!

Mary was great. There was clear communication from the time of quote, before the clean, during and after. She had to come on her own to do a major clean! So there was a lot to cover for one person! But she was here for as long as took to get the house cleaned. Very happy with her work.
