Had a new furnace installed 2 years ago. When they came to service it this year, they found a problem. Right away, Jason said this is a warranty and we will fix it and make it right. They had to replace the furnace with a new unit. There was no hassle whatsoever. Made the appointment and did the job. I have never had this high level of customer service as Driftwood had given me.
