Had a new furnace installed 2 years ago. When they came to service it this year, they found a problem. Right away, Jason said this is a warranty and we will fix it and make it right. They had to replace the furnace with a new unit. There was no hassle whatsoever. Made the appointment and did the job. I have never had this high level of customer service as Driftwood had given me. Top notch. Very professional. I am a very happy customer and would recommend their services. Great company with impeccable service.

I was in need of someone to come out & look at my furnace, as it wasn’t working. They were able to come out that day to have a look, unfortunately I needed a new furnace. Reasonable pricing & were out in a few days to replace the furnace. Not only did they do that but I mentioned that there was hardly any airflow to my sons room and they were able to fix that problem as well. I’m very happy with my experience. Would recommend to anyone.
