This company is the definition of professional service. The job quote was the amount. The installation date came with the Driftwood truck in the driveway. Right on schedule. The whole Driftwood team was a coordinated and reliable model of efficiency. Their parting words were “If you have any problem we will deal with it”. Based on what I have seen, I believe them.

Furnace fan motor died on Christmas Eve! Called Justin and he developed a fix (not easy on Christmas Eve) and was at the house within an hour. Repaired and working perfectly. Extremely prompt, outstanding service and got me out of a tight spot. I have been using Driftwood for years for all HVAC needs (maintenance, a/c install, furnace repair) and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Justin and his crew installed a new wood stove 15 years ago in our cottage and was there again to advise and install a ductless furnace and relocated the same woodstove when we renovated. Great service. Won't use anyone else. Great products, great company!

Older home needed retrofit from electric baseboard heat to forced air with A/C, very timely and professional installation. The contractor & crew were friendly, provided constant feedback and left my home as they found it. I am incredibly impressed with the craftsmanship, customer service and professionalism from Driftwood Mechanical. I was in a real pinch and unsuccessful in finding a company to commit to doing all of the work that needed to be done before winter. When I stumbled upon driftwood mechanical, I left a message and Justin got back to me immediately. He came over later that day to go over what needed to be done and lay out all of my options so that I could make an informed decision. Everything that he said he was going to do he did! All of the work was done on one day. His awesome team of skilled workers installed a wood stove and a heat pump in my home just as the first snow fell. They even helped me moved some furniture which further proved to me how above and beyond they go to ensure that their customers are happy and well taken care of. I have since reached out to Justin with a couple of questions and his timely responses are refreshing to say the least. In this day and age it's near impossible to get good customer service and driftwood is top notch! I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.
