After a very high quote from another company, Chris from Gates Wildlife Control came out, did a swift assessment and got right to work ridding us of our guests! Very professional and personable. Hi Amy, thank you for bringing to light the fact that a competitor of ours is charging four times more than what we charge. This is very common practice amongst our competitors. Quite often they are charging for repair work that simply does not need to be done. This is just one more example of why the wildlife control industry needs to be licensed. I used DSM Property Services for the home inspection on a house we are buying in Oakville. Vito was really great and knowledgable. I found him very personable and I understood everything he was explaining to me. The written report was very easy to look through and will be a great reference for us in our new home to keep up to date with checking appliances and maintaining the property. It included detailed photographs so we know exactly what and where to do work. I would definitely recommend Vito and DSM.
