I used DSM Property Services for the home inspection on a house we are buying in Oakville. Vito was really great and knowledgable. I found him very personable and I understood everything he was explaining to me. The written report was very easy to look through and will be a great reference for us in our new home to keep up to date with checking appliances and maintaining the property. It included detailed photographs so we know exactly what and where to do work. I would definitely recommend Vito and DSM.
