We are very happy with the whole process from the beginning to make an appt, Michael to do the measure for all the windows, and Charles to do the installation. Michael provided recommendations, showed us samples and worked on the shades and blinds to fit our budget and never tried to upsell the products we would not need. Even we have concerns and questions after sales, he will reply quick to address and resolve them. He really puts our satisfaction first. Charles also had done a great job to install all the shades and blinds. The quality of the installed products are excellent. For sure, I will recommend this company and Michael to someone who need to install custom shades and blinds.

We had a toilet tank water pipe burst early this spring with water had gone all the way from 2nd floor to basement, It was a disaster at the moment when you looked at in the house. Paul was recommended by Insurance Company. His prompt response on this incident and went thru the fixing scheduled process with us in details and honest on the works needed to be done to restore my house back to “normal”. He was kind and response our concerns, suggestions and issues in a professional manner. We asked for couple changes during the restoration with no extra cost to us. Paul had kept us updated while we were away during the restoration period. Paul also did a good job to coordinate with the Adjuster, in order to speed up the process on the claims and expenses. His staff were nice to deal with to answer all the questions we had. They did a very good job on cleanup process after the restoration was competed. We were pleased with Paul and Sands Restoration and the work that was done, plus reduced our stress during the whole restoration.

We need to repair our garage door opener in rush. We contacted several companies, which promised to come, but noone did show up. Only this company came to our home to check the garage door opener, and found out a small issue and repaired it in great value. w/o telling us need to replace a new garage opener. Good service. I would highly recommend this company for garage door issue.

We wanted to upgrade the front door for a while, but the cost of replacing the whole door, including custom frame and inserts are too expensive. Untill, we have found this company, which provided us excellent customer service and workmanship on replacing door and side windows inserts in great value. They focused on detail and nice clean up after job done. Now the front door looks really really nice. . I would highly recommend "what a pane".
