We were having guest coming over from Arizona, USA for an event that we were planning for the upcoming week; And there was a list of things we need to get done before they came. One of the projects was to get a bit of organization in our walk in closets and pantry. For this job we had gotten a couple of quotes and general ideas from different contractors and chose Kwik Closet. Great customer service, good pricing and really kind staff. Deborah and Joe were great with follow up and the end result was just amazing. We are extremely satisfied and would like to recommend them to not just anyone, but everyone :).

Our carpets were as dirty as ever after not being cleaned once for 3-4 years. We were at a point where we were going to have our son's baby shower soon in upcoming days, and guests from the Arizona, USA were going to come the next week. We called 416-SO-CLEAN and they had assisted us on one of the jobs that needed to be done before this event. And this was high priority since our carpets were dirtier than ever. The crew was very punctual and were able to deliver right on time. Prices didn't seem to high, but moreover very reasonable with the services i received. Followup was done by Ruby and she had done a great job. Great Work!

A rep. from open sesame had assisted me, approximately a week or so after heavy snow fall in the GTA. I happened to notice the garage door would make loud grumbling noises and wouldn't open by the fact that it get stuck halfway. Steve was the man who was behind all this, and was able to assist us and diagnose out problem. They were punctual, efficient, and finished the job in the promised time frame. I was very pleased and would love to thanks them with a 10 star rating on homestars :)

Approx. a year and a half ago I bought myself a new dell Inspiron laptop. And for some reason I kept getting warnings and pop-ups of my computer being @ risk. I couldn't go back to my retailer sinceu I was tight on a budget and I had a feeling I'd be end up paying more.Pete had assisted me and did a wonderful job finding a solution to my problem. And the charges seemed alright to me as well. I am pretty happy with the services I received. Thanks Guys!

We recently moved into a new house, and I was debating on which contractor to choose for the job needed to be done at my place, and I had 3 contractors in mind based on friend referrals, homestars and other forums. It was apparent that homeowners on Homestars seemed pretty satisfied; and with 500+ postive reviews, i seemed pretty convinced. I was down to go look at their showroom/warehouse on royal windsor drive. I had to visit their place ( i actually visited their showroom/warehouse 3 times before deciding to give them my business :) ). Their store was quite far from where I live but with 500+ positive reviews, I had to at least check them out. Man! i gotta say Cosmopolitan has a huge and well organized office/showroom/warehouse, with a great team and large inventory in the back:) They had really nice people who very honest, knowledgeable, willing to work with my budget, patient and gave helpful advice and opinions. They placed great importance on providing exceptional customer service and were very professional in how they conduct their business. Afterall, I had chosen Cosmopolitan Mechanical for the job at my home, and was happy to give them my business. I ended up buying an Lennox comfort system from them (inc. furnace and air-conditioner), along with a humidifier, and the iComfort Wi-Fi thermostat. The installers/contractors were friendly hardworking guys who took their time to make assure everything was perfect as well as perfecting and levelling the concrete subfloor to install the air conditioner outside. They made sure that everything was satisfactory, cleaned up (parts of packaging and dust during the installation), and took away all the garbage. I am very proud with the job they did and would like to give them a token of appreciation from a 10 rating on Homestars.com.

I recently moved to my new house on Mississauga Road, and had alot of furniture, toys, and other thing to go about moving. I was willing to go about moving everything to the new place myself by renting a van for a few hours, but thankfully i ended up working with this great contractor. They were very punctual and had everything done by the promised date. 100% satisfaction from both sides :) Would definitely consider them over all other options and contractors..
