Ken Tilson from Laird & Son was here this morning to help clear up the 4 red tags that Enbridge issued us yesterday after we discovered a gas leak at our house. Ken was here 15 minutes early (love that), he was quiet (the baby was napping), and he worked away at all of the issues. Ken also took the time to explain the issue, review the tags with me, and to find an alternative solution to one of the problems so as to save me hundreds of dollars. The service was delivered exactly as promised with the bonus of a furnace touch up/cleaning. THANK YOU Ken and Laird & Sons, The Jowetts

The company was able to install a new AC unit within 3 days of my initial call during the heat wave near the end of July. The installed it without any incidents on a Friday and I waited for the cool air to start. On Saturday, nothing! I called the company and Shaun, the owner put me in touch with the 2 men who installed it for him. We played phone tag and I was texted instructions on how to troubleshoot the problem. I did as I was instructed to no avail., still boiling in our house. My Sunday evening I was upset, Shaun the owner was away for the weekend and texted to let me know he would personally be by Monday to see what was going on. The 2 employees were somewhat trying to pin the problem on our ducts/house. Shaun never did this, he came over Monday and personally fixed the problem: the fluids were correctly measured thus the problem. Alas, by Monday afternoon I had AC. The owner was great, the 2 employees were nice when installing but not great with service afterwards. Would I use them again, I'm still thinking about it, likely yes as Shaun was great, but I would request him personally to do the job.

On time, friendly, and delivered over and above what was requested at the exact cost that was quoted. They were even careful not to let my dog or cat out. I would use them again without hesitation and I highly recommend their services. Lastly, they requested full input on my opinion of their service as they truly want to improve themselves. I had nothing to suggest though as I was 110% satisfied. Thank you gentlemen! I am adding this piece as I feel it is what has turned their 110% service into the BEST service of our life to date: The heat did not work properly last night so I texted the company at 6am. They responded and were at my house within 2 hours. He fixed the issue by turning the furnace on/off and doing a few things in no time. Something perhaps we could of done, however I do not know furnaces so I had no clue where to start. He was so kind about it and it truly showed that they care even after they have your money.

Hi Jody, I am flattered at this review. You pretty much nailed it all down to a T for us. Glad you were happy with our service and most important, that we lived up to our customer service. Not all jobs go perfect, and this was one of those times that we thought everything went well, then the good ol' furnace doesnt blow out heat. It turned out to be an error on our part, where I didnt have the switch back on the furnace. Couple minutes and we were back in business. Again I apologize for the inconvenience you may have had, but thanks for your understanding and patience, and glad you were happy with the way in which we dealt with the problem. Thanks especially for the morning breakfast snack, the Banana Bread was AMAZING :) I'm kicking myself in the but i didn't take more LOL.. Thanks again for your business, we really appreciate it.
