Easter weekend, a lot of rain, sump pump alarming! What do you do? Call sewer squad who go back to us in less than 5 minutes and prioritized our call. Mike came and was very clear about the expectations and costs - provided us options to make an informed decision. Work was done efficiently and quickly and they saved us. From the time Noel introduced himself online to me it was apparent he was excellent with communication which is key when you're trying to get work done that is weather dependent etc. He was professional, reliable, the work looks amazing and he pointed out small things that needed to be repaired and took care of them. The large spring on our garage door snapped and we were unable to open the door. I called and Steve was amazing. He gave me a time that day to repair. When he knew he was going to be a few minutes late he called. While he was here he showed me how to properly maintain our doors. He is dedicated to his business and is very hard working. I won't call anyone else.

Prompt, knowledgeable, great customer service! Initially had them in to repair oven that was overheating. Matthew pointed out to me that my door hinges were warped and should they break and the door falls off this would be very costly. He recommended replacing the hinges. In addition I only needed to pay for one service call despite him coming twice

The metal fascia on part of our roof broke away during a wind storm and needed repair. I looked on Homestars and found the Roof Whisperer. They called me within a day and the lady who does the bookings was incredibly friendly and helpful. Arthur came out right away and investigated the job, called me the following day with a timeline and work was completed - all done in 2-3 days with a smile. I really appreciated his honesty and was pleased with the result. He called me after to ensure I was satisfied. Awesome service.
