After spending a lot of time looking around for someone reliable to help us with some extra house cleaning I located Ecosparkle and I couldn't be happier. With 2 small children it is sometimes difficult to find time to keep up with a good regular cleaning...not to worry Ecosparkle came in to save the day. First contact with Csaba was professional, efficient and accommodating. The team came in and took care of things quickly and in this case that doesn't mean a sacrifice of quality. They did a fantastic job and am looking to move from a first cleaning to regular cleanings. I would not hesitate to recommend Ecosparkle to anyone!

I had several issues (toilet replacement, drain issues, shower problems) and Michael came in evaluated the problems, worked quickly, explained everything, got approval every step of the way and was dedicated to resolving the issues in the best possible way

True professionals. Caring and dedicated. KC was great with his communication and was able to help me out in when I was in a bind. My tenants had their shower/bathtub plumbing lines come detached and KC/Doktor Handyman was there ASAP to save the day so that they could continue to use the shower. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I would not hesitate to call on them again. Thanks!

In order to give you the proper scope for this review, I have to tell you that although I used Homestars to find Kris, I signed up to the site just now specifically so I could write this review...that's how excellent Kris and his service is. It is also important to note that I had this problem in the past (before I knew about Kris) had others come in spent a decent amoutn of $$ and a solution was not provided (ended up using a temporary electric heater). I called Kris on Saturday while I was out of town in Buffalo to help me with a problem (Radiators on my upper floor were not functioning at all). He called me back on Saturday but as I was out of town, I did not get back to him until Sunday. Monday Kris was at my house around 1:30 - 2:00. He evaluated the serviced my boiler, evaluated the radiator problem, gave me his advice as to how to solve the problem (which involved replacing a few defective parts of the system), but each was absolutely necessary and never pushed replacing anything unnecesary. Kris stayed until around 7:30 (which is as fast as the job could have possibly been completed). The most pleasant, humble and professional service I have had. I would without a doubt recommend Kris to any family member, friend or anyone that was in need of service. He is completely honest and trustworthy and would not hesitate for a minute to let him into the house even if I was not there. I will be calling Kris for any issues I have in the future, which after his service seems like it will be just regular annual boiler maintenance. Thanks Kris!
