I have worked with Shane over the course of several years on a number of projects from a basement and kitchen remodel to a top to bottom renovation of a century old home.

Unique Touch Concrete Design did a miraculous job of transforming our basement floor from a dull and dusty slab, to a smooth and gleaming finished surface! Igor and his crew did an outstanding job of removing our old basement slab, installing new drainage, waterproofing and re-pouring the most pristine floor that our subsequent concrete polishing contractor has ever seen! While other contractors recommended much more extensive and costly options, Igor understood our needs and advised a more conservative and appropriate approach. When our front door sprung a leak, Tony was recommended to us by another highly regarded trade. From beginning to end, he looked after each aspect of the job with care and attention: from assessing the problem, to ordering, re-framing, installation and finishing. With unfailing professionalism, an absolute commitment to good building practices (and abiding good humour in the face of some very soggy situations!), the team worked to transform our damp and dreary basement with a complete waterproofing of the foundation’s perimeter and improved drainage system, in addition to the excavation, removal and re-pouring of the interior floor and the repair of our exterior entry well and staircase.
